~50 MW of operational photovoltaic parks across southern Italy, with an additional ~100 MW in development — the foundation of our sustainable investment strategy.

Our portfolio comprises ~50 MW of operational PV parks and an additional ~100 MW under development, strategically located in southern Italy across the regions of Puglia, Basilicata and Campania. These installations represent our commitment to sustainable energy generation and form the foundation of our impactful investment strategy.

Each asset has been selected through our rigorous due diligence process, evaluated for technical performance, grid connection quality, irradiation levels, and long-term operational stability.

At the same time, we are evaluating selected renewable energy projects beyond Europe — in South America (Brazil), Asia, and Africa — as part of our long-term geographic diversification.

Southern Italy's
Solar Potential

Puglia, Basilicata and Campania represent three of Italy's highest-irradiation regions, with solar resource levels that rank among the best in continental Europe. Our strategic asset selection in these regions was driven by superior energy yield potential, robust grid infrastructure, and a favourable regulatory environment.

These characteristics translate directly into performance stability and predictable long-term returns for our partners.
